Return Policy for Te Reo Māori Resources

At Whītiki we are committed to providing high-quality Te Reo Māori posters and resources. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are happy to assist with returns or exchanges, subject to the following conditions:

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns: You may return your Te Reo Māori poster(s) within 20 days of receiving your order for a refund, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Return Conditions

To process your return, please ensure the following:

1. The item must be in new, unused condition.
2. You must provide a proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).

Shipping Costs

• Buyer’s Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item is returned safely.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

• Custom or personalized posters.
• Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, providing photos of the damaged item or incorrect order, and we will assist with a replacement or full refund.

How to Return or Exchange

2. Return Instructions: We will respond with detailed return instructions and address information.
3. Refund: Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed.
